By JASON STRAZIUSO

This photo of Tohir Yuldashev released by the U.S. military of Bagram air base, north of Kabul, Afghanistan on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007, shows one of pictures of 12 wanted Taliban and al-Qaida leaders. The U.S. military has launched a new "Most Wanted" campaign offering rewards of up to US$200,000 for information leading to the capture of the dozen leaders. (AP Photo/U.S. Military) KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - A suicide bomber set off a blast in a bus carrying police officers in Kabul on Tuesday, killing or wounding at least 10 people in the second such attack in four days, police said.

Police recognized the attacker beforehand and tried to stop him, said deputy police chief Zalmay Khan, but the bomber was still able to detonate his explosives somewhere near the front of the bus, peeling off the roof and blowing out the sides.

At least 10 people were killed or wounded, said Zemeri Bashary, the Interior Ministry spokesman. On Saturday a suicide bomber wearing an army uniform blew himself up next to an army bus in Kabul, killing 30 people.
