DALLAS (AP) - Matthew Lombardi scored twice, including the overtime winner, and the Calgary Flames rallied to beat the Dallas Stars 3-2 Friday night for their first victory of the season.
Lombardi took possession of the puck deep in the Dallas zone after a turnover by Stars captain Brenden Morrow. He then beat Dallas goaltender Marty Turco from the inside edge of the left circle at 3:20 of overtime.
Jerome Iginla also scored for the Flames (1-2-1), and Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 24 shots.
