MANILA, Philippines (AP) - At least seven people were hurt, some badly, when an explosion rocked a lawmaker's house in the northern Philippines, police said Wednesday.
Authorities were not certain what caused the blast, saying it could have been an accident, but not ruling out political involvement.
Three sons of House Rep. Cecille Luna were among those hurt at Luna's home in Abra province's capital, Bangued, late Tuesday as the family gathered for Christmas, said police official Alexander Pumecha.
