 CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) - Danny Green and Deon Thompson seemed to disappear at times on North Carolina's deep and talented roster last season.
Now they're looking like key pieces to the top-ranked Tar Heels' national-title hopes.
Green matched his career high with 20 points off the bench while Thompson had a solid game on the front line to help North Carolina beat Valparaiso 90-58, keeping the Tar Heels rolling as they head into the final games of their nonconference schedule.
