 PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) - A court in Cambodia sentenced a Russian businessman to 13 years in prison Friday for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.
Judge Ke Sakhan handed down the sentence against 41-year-old developer Alexander Trofimov after convicting him of debauchery, the legal term in Cambodia for sexual offenses against minors.
The 14-year-old girl testified during a trial Tuesday at Phnom Penh Municipal Court that Trofimov had sex with her four times in September last year.
