 PHILADELPHIA (AP) - When the Philly fans started chanting "Mar-ty! Mar-ty! Mar-ty!" late in the third period for Martin Biron, teammate Danny Briere could understand why the erratic Flyers goalie wished they could last all night.
"People have been tough on him," said Briere, also a recent target of fans' ire. "They want more."
Biron gave the fans what they wanted and remained perfect against the Islanders this season, stopping 32 shots and helping the Philadelphia Flyers beat New York 4-1 on Sunday night.
