Exar to buy Neterion for between $10M and $11M

FREMONT, Calif. (AP) - Exar Corp. said Tuesday that it will buy Neterion Inc., which provides adapters for servers and storage systems, for between $10 million and $11 million.

Chip maker Exar said its acquisition of the privately held, California company will boost its data center capabilities.

No other terms of the deal were disclosed.
